Quick Keto Chicken Fries

Ingredients

12 oz canned shredded chicken, drained

1 large egg


75 grams shredded mozzarella cheese (1/3 cup)

17 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese (3 TBS)


OR


1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease an air fryer basket.

Mash the chicken in a large mixing bowl with a fork. Stir in the egg, until the chicken is fully coated

Gradually fold in both of the cheeses until fully combined and evenly distributed.

Scoop the mixture out 2 TBS at a time and roll into "fry" shapes.

Place onto prepared baking sheet or into prepared air fryer basket.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Turn and bake another 10 minutes or until golden. If air frying air fry 5 minutes. Turn and air fry 5 more minutes or until golden. Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the fries.

Remove from the oven or open the air fryer and cool a couple of minutes to avoid burning your fingers.

Serve warm with dip of choice.
